Silicon Valley Medical Instruments, Inc. (SVMI) is excited to announce receiving US FDA 510(k) clearance for the SVMI HD-IVUS™ imaging system. The HD-IVUS imaging system includes a touchscreen display with an intuitive and elegant user interface for improved clinical workflow. The HD-IVUS console includes a high-performance digital signal processor that is effectively an ultrasonic imaging system-on-a-chip. Design-for-manufacturability principles, a stable real-time operating system, and robust software architecture combine to make the most reliable IVUS system to date. Silicon Valley Medical Instruments, Inc. (SVMI) announced today that its high-definition intravascular ultrasound (HD-IVUS) imaging system and catheter are pending 510(k) Clearance. Commercial release of SVMI‘s HD-IVUS products is expected in the U.S. in early 2011.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply to these Terms. You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction by the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

SVMI may assign its rights and duties under these Terms without such assignment being considered a change to the Terms and without notice to you. You may not assign these Terms without the prior written consent of SVMI.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, any operating rules, policies, or procedures that may be posted from time to time by SVMI on the Site, and any modifications to the foregoing, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with regard to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, as to such subject matter.
